POLICY:

Appointments are very important at Embeauty, LLC, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice of cancellations. A nonrefundable $20 deposit is required to book your appointment.

There is no fee for late arrivals. However, late arrivals may cut your appointment short, and you will be responsible for the entire service. Please refer to our pricing menu for time sessions for each service.

Our cancellation policy allows time to inform clients of availability, thus better-serving everyone. Please book with confidence that we are here to provide each client with the ultimate salon experience.

Embeauty reserves the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients with two no-shows or continuously cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

REFUNDS:

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any service. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we will honor a free lash removal service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

ALLERGIES:

Embeauty offers a patch test for new clients who have never had eyelash extensions before and for clients prone to allergies. However, clients may develop an allergy at any time, even after having had eyelash extensions on for months and/or years. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for services if you develop an allergy.

TOUCH UP:

We offer touch-ups ONLY to clients with significant fallout within 48 hours, ONLY if they follow our aftercare instructions. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Clients are required to notify us within three days and make their appointment within five days. After that, we consider any future appointment as a refill.

** We do not recommend waxing services for customers using Retin-A©, Accutane©, products containing alpha Hydroxy©, or any other skin thinning treatments. **
