
POLICY:
At Embeauty, LLC, your appointments are important to us, and we reserve this time exclusively for you. We understand that life happens and schedules may need adjusting. To best accommodate everyone, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. A nonrefundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, please note that arriving late may shorten your appointment time, and you will still be charged for the full service. For details on service durations, please refer to our pricing menu.
Our cancellation policy allows us to better serve all of our clients by managing our schedule effectively. We strive to provide every client with an exceptional salon experience. However, clients with two no-shows or repeated cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may no longer be able to book appointments with us.
REFUNDS:
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY SERVICE. If you are unsatisfied with your results, we will provide a complimentary lash removal service. Embeauty reserves the right to decline service to anyone.
ALLERGIES:
For clients who are new to eyelash extensions or prone to allergies, we offer a patch test. Please note that allergies can develop at any time, even after months or years of wearing eyelash extensions. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS in cases of allergic reactions.
TOUCH UP:
We offer touch-ups ONLY to clients with significant fallout within 48 hours, ONLY if they follow our aftercare instructions. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Clients are required to notify us within three days and make their appointment within five days. After that, we consider any future appointment as a refill.
